Payment can be done through PAYPAL automated/Maybank2u transfer. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ENTERTAIN LAST MINUTE ORDERS SDD LESS THAN 3 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY TO ENSURE OUR QUALITY IS MAINTAINED. ORDERS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE DELIVERY OR IN SOME GENUINE EMERGENCY CASES WE TAKE SDD BUT MUST BE AT LEAST 4 HOURS BEFORE DELIVERY.

Free delivery is eligible to recipient subject to delivery address is within 5 km radius from our base in Sri Damansara AND that minimum total order price is  RM70.00 for all FLORAL delivery eligibility, otherwise accepted under certain circumstances; NON-FLORAL/non-perishable items will be shipped by registered mail or courier service and order value must be MYR50 or above (local) and MYR150 for international deliveries; for FLORAL delivery, distance of more than 5 km radius from our base and within Klang Valley area still, will be charged RM15.00 for next each 5 km addition. Orders for FLORAL DELIVERY outside Klang Valley (NATIONWIDE) will be via our  affiliate/sister florists at the respective places of delivery NATIONWIDE. Our sister florists will delivering the items ordered outside Klang Valley areas. For this kind of order, clients need to make personal contact with US via email/messenger as mode of payment is not automated.

Orders involving very big vases/ containers / baskets or stand / tall arrangements / big centrepieces for weddings/ hotels/ openings/ condolences etc., made after 9.00 pm (after business hours), LESS than 16 hours from delivery time will be charged RM30.00 extra.

Express/normal shipping rates 3-6 / 6-11days respectively to client's respective country are based according to regions. Please refer to "Order & Payment" page for shipping rates list. 

Orders for NATIONWIDE (outside Klang Valley) & OVERSEAS deliveries for our fresh floral designs/arrangements/hamper gifts will be processed and delivered by our sister florists/gift vendors based WORLDWIDE and will REQUIRE an additional charge of between USD15-USD37 on the client placing the order to us at RSF in addition to the price quoted for each item displayed on the website. This is for RSF liaising fee with our sister florists/gift vendors and delivery fees placed by sister florists on orders by clients out of which CERTAIN PERCENTAGE of the additional charges go to our sister florists and REMAINDER to RSF (OR TO BE NEGOTIATED). 

Customs tax charges placed on shipped non-floral items (by client's country) are to be bourned by the client.

Cancellation of Orders:

Full refund will be entitled if the cancellation is made less than THREE (3) hours upon order.

(i) Clients will only be entitled to receive 50% refund for last minute cancellation.

(ii) Orders within Peninsular Malaysia and Sabah, Sarawak as well as overseas deliveries and from INTERNATIONAL clients.

(iii) All orders are to be made at least three (3) days before date of requirement.

(iv) Same day order and delivery, will ONLY be considered from time to time depending on availability.

(v) There will be no delivery charges for orders within Klang Valley area, 0-4.9 km from our base in Sri Damansara ; however, for outside Klang Valley area > 5 km, delivery charges will be MYR 15.00 OR by SHIPPING CHARGES VIA MAIL  according to weight of products ordered.
